In the attic, above one of the most beautiful terraces in Ravenna, two enchanting rooms await you (Alba and Sunset) with bathroom for the exclusive use of each, both equipped with air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, smart TV, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, espresso coffee machine (only the microwave is shared in the common area with the guests of the other room).
An elevator/freight lift, if needed, allows you to reach the floor comfortably.
The "Tramonto" room is a double room with a double bed and the availability of a third single bed for children under 12 (sofa bed).
The "Alba" room, located in the attic, is a triple room with a double bed and a French bed with the availability of a fourth bed for children under 12 (in the "French" sofa bed).
If you come with your own car, you can park freely on the street,. In front of the house there is a bus stop with which you can go to the train station in a few minutes.
On foot you can easily reach the historic center where you can admire the most important monuments of splendid Ravenna (Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, Basilica of San Vitale, Sepulcher of Dante and Dante's museum, Rocca Brancale, Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo, National Museum and Mausoleum of Theodoric), or simply stroll through the narrow streets of the vast pedestrian area, enjoy an aperitif or sample the delicious cuisine of Romagna.
If you are traveling with children, within a few hundred meters there are several public parks, always accessible and equipped with play areas, Ravenna is full of them.
By investing ten minutes by car (or by public transport) you will reach the Mirabilandia amusement park and the Zoo Safari.
If, on the other hand, your destination is the sea, in a few minutes you can go to the coasts of Marina di Ravenna and Punta Marina Terme, where you can relax on the sandy and well-equipped beaches of the Romagna Riviera.
On your return, you can finally relax in your room or on the splendid terrace, always at your disposal.
The management of the structure is family-run and this guarantees maximum and continuous attention to guests, while leaving them as much privacy as possible (hence the choice of breakfast served in the room).
The municipality of Ravenna applies a tourist tax of €uro 2 per day per person for a maximum of 5 days, to be paid on the spot in cash and not included in the price.
